Seat Pan Structure: ¾- inch thick, cross-grain hardwood, laminated compound curve plywood Seat Structure, attached to mechanism with bolts into long barrel T-Nuts. Minimum 2.5 PCF density polyurethane cushion uses a proprietary four-stage process of resilient and dual density foam to create a flat seat across the width. Front edge of pan or platform bends downward with one or less inches of unsupported foam to give a definite "waterfall" front edge. Size: Depth 19", Width 18.5", 3" thick high resilient polymeric and dual density urethane foam. Optional seat slider mechanisms allow for appropriate seat pan depth. Seat can be locked at any desired angle within the adjustment range. Backrest Structure: 1/2 inch thick, cross-grain hardwood, laminated compound curve plywood attached to steel back bar with bolts into long barrelT-Nuts. Minimum 2.5 PCF density polyurethane foam. Vertically convex lumbar support with no horizontally concave surfaces (flat across the width) to maintain the back's natural S-curve. Size: Width 16.5", Height 15", 2" thickness of high resilient polymeric urethane foam. Backrest angle and height adjustment: Separate single lever actuates to at least 90° forward and 105° rearward angle. Knob adjusts 3" of backrest height for proper lumbar support. Optional lumbar adjustment ranges available. Optional Armrests: Durable black urethane padded armrests have a soft textured surface. Steel structural support attaches to chair seat pan. Adaptations for horizontal adjustment also available. Tear Drop "T" Arms, Non-Adjustable.
